PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for noninvasively evaluating the cell state (proliferating, layering, and differentiating) of a cell sheet, which is a biomimetic tissue, when culturing a cell sheet.SOLUTION: The method is characterized in that an amino acid analysis is conducted using the culture supernatant of the cell sheet and assessing of the cell state is conducted by monitoring changes in the concentration of any of five amino acids (Ile, Val, Ser, Leu, and Ala). |
