PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin modifier developing excellent paintability, adhesiveness and designing flexibility to various plastic films, sheets or molded articles of various olefinic resins without treating the surface of the film, etc., and free from the deterioration of the original physical properties of the olefinic resins. SOLUTION: The resin modifier is produced by forming a resin composed of (A) a thermoplastic elastomer and a polymer of (B) copolymerizable monomers composed of a monomer having anα,β-monoethylenic unsaturated group and other copolymerizable monomers in an organic solvent.
