The present invention provides a method of terminal-based conference load-balancing, and device and system utilizing the same. The method comprises: receiving, by a scheduling device, a calling resource and a media resource reported by a server; receiving, by the scheduling device, a calling resource request of the server; allocating, by the scheduling device, according to the calling resource request, and to a terminal managed by the server, an idle calling resource access node in the calling resource; receiving, by the scheduling device, a media resource request of a calling node corresponding to the calling resource access node; and allocating, by the scheduling device, according to the media resource request, and to the terminal, an idle media resource access node in the media resource. The embodiments of the invention resolve an issue in which only a limited number of users can access a video conference system, satisfying a need of a large number of participants accessing the video conference. |
