PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding rice transplanter designed to obviate such a problem that, complicated design of the supporting scheme for a planting transmission frame and a seedling stand support frame has resulted in cost increase of the machine as a whole. SOLUTION: This riding rice transplanter is so designed that, a planting section 9 is mounted in a vertically movable way on the rear portion of a traveling vehicle, a planting transmission frame 92 for transmitting mechanical power from the input shaft of the planting section to a planting tine is designed to be of portal shape when viewed from above, and a seedling stand support frame 190 designed to be of portal shape when viewed from the rear is integratedly fixed on the planting transmission frame.
