PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means solving such a problem that the output voltage of a battery varies or the vibration generated by the irregularity of a motor is varied and enhancing reliability in an information apparatus by vibration used in a portable telephone, a data terminal or a clock and to freely set the magnitude or pattern of vibration. SOLUTION: The variable function of vibration is realized by providing a voltage stabilizing means capable of altering output voltage between a battery 2 and a motor 1 not only to absorb the irregularity of the motor 1 but also to realize the reduction of the probability of start failure and, by this constitution, a vibration information apparatus reduced in irregularity and high in reliability is obtained while user's convenience is improved. By making it possible to arbitrarily set or select the intermission cycle of vibration, many data can be transmitted only by vibration.
