PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive voice data and image data real time between terminal devices under secure communication environments.SOLUTION: An end-to-end communication system comprises: a terminal information receiving unit that receives terminal information including terminal identification information to identify a terminal device and application identification information from the terminal device; a compatibility determination unit that determines, on the basis of the terminal information, compatibility between a first application that operates on a first terminal device among a plurality of terminal devices and a second application that operates on a second terminal device different from the first terminal device among the plurality of terminal devices; a determination result transmission unit that transmits a determination result by the compatibility determination unit to the first terminal device in response to a determination request transmitted by the first application; and a session construction unit that constructs a session between the first application that has transmitted a communication start request and the second application on the basis of the terminal information in response to the communication start request transmitted by the first application.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
