PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of applying a novel value to persimmon on tree, whose astringency is removed.SOLUTION: A production method for producing persimmon whose astringency is removed, and the persimmon is on the tree and has aroma, by covering the persimmon which is not harvested with a package bag, then sealing aroma-containing alcohol obtained by mixing the aroma and alcohol, in the package bag with the persimmon, for removing astringency of the persimmon and applying of aroma, is provided. The persimmon whose astringency is removed in which, tannin in its pulp is insolubilized by the alcohol, and therefore dark blown colored sesames are formed, is also provided, inside of the pulp, the aroma is immersed. The aroma is a flavor other than a citrus flavor, and the aroma is put into the package bag, by immersing a liquid-state aroma to a powder or solid-state alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
