The present invention relates to functional chicken meat soaked in a medicinal wormwood liquid, in which a trimmed raw chicken is soaked in a raw liquid brewed by adding 1.5-2 wt% of medicinal wormwood into 100 wt% of water, or the raw liquid is sprayed into the raw chicken; and to a method of producing the functional chicken meat. Specifically, the present invention relates to functional chicken meat soaked in a medicinal wormwood liquid in which a chicken meat in a novel form of a trimmed raw chicken is applied with a raw liquid obtained by brewing medicinal wormwood, and thus, a taste, a texture, and preservation thereof are increased. |
