PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve more flexible attribute management in a system for managing information of attributes of an organization and a person.SOLUTION: A present and past attribute holding part 42 holds the present attribute information about an organization or a person. A pre-attached attribute holding part 40 holds future attribute information about the organization or the peron. An attribute information acquisition part 48 stores inputted future attribute information in the pre-attached attribute holding part 40 in the case of receiving the future attribute information. An application processing part 50 stores new present attribute information in the present and past attribute holding part 42 according to future attribute information reaching application timing in the future attribute information held in the pre-attached attribute holding part 40. An attribute information providing part 54 provides a cooperation destination system with the new present attribute information stored in the present and past attribute holding part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
