<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining biological sample capable of surely judging an objective biological sample that uses a control liquid, without being affected by various factors, such as a temperature when electrophoresis is performed, a concentration of conjugate to be filled in a micro flow channel, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A control liquid and a sample liquid that include the same marker for indicating the electrophoretic state are filled into separate micro channels, and at the same the electrophoresis is performed; the electrophoresis states of respective markers are checked; and when deviations in the electrophoresis are found, the velocity of the electrophoresis is adjusted to maintain respective channels in the same state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
