PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure reducing load applied to a neck part of an occupant when it collides from a rear side of the vehicle while ensuring habitability and baggage mounting performance without increasing thickness of a back rest in the usual use state. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 1 is provided with a back surface board 15 for covering a back surface 12 of a back rest body 10 and has a head rest arranged on an upper part of the back rest 3. An upper part of the back surface board 15 is rotatably supported on a back rest frame structure body 4 by a back surface board support part 21, and an upper part is fixed to a usual use position where the back surface board 15 covers the back surface 12 of the back rest body 10 by the back surface board retaining part 31. Fixing of the back surface board 15 to the usual use position by the back surface board retaining part 31 is released by a predetermined or more pressing load inputted to a back surface 12 side of the back rest body10 to the back surface board 15.
