PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, image processing method and image processing program capable of detecting a rectangular area with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A rectangular area detection device 100 includes an edge detection part 105 for detecting edges in a three-dimensional plane included in a distance image, an edge fragment detection part 106 for detecting an edge segment group that connects detected pixels, a coordinate system conversion part 107 for converting a coordinate system of the detected edge fragment group into a three-dimensional plane coordinate system, and a rectangular area detection part 113 for detecting a rectangular area in the three-dimensional plane on the basis of a distribution of the edge fragment group in the three-dimensional plane coordinate system. |
