PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for preparing an image showing a photographing range when preparing an image showing a photographing range wherein a photographing device is capable of photographing. SOLUTION: The photographing system has a photographing device having a photographing part for photographing an image and a movable part for moving the photographing part, and a control device. It has an image preparing means for preparing an image showing a photographing range wherein it is capable of photographing in the photographing part and a movable part control means for controlling movement of the photographing part carried out for photographing an image prepared in the image preparing means, based on a part which is not a photographing object.
