The present invention is applied to a valve used to control the pressure of a pot for cooking and, more specifically, to a cooking pot capable of inducing vacuum using a pressure valve of a polymer for maintaining constant pressure. In a case where a valve body embedded inside a valve main body prevents a penetration path through self-weight which is formed while upper and lower bodies for forming the valve main body are arranged and combined on a penetration hole at the upper and lower sides of a lid, a packing is located on the lower end of the valve body, and then the packing is closed to an inner wall of the penetration path and is fitted. A cover plate of the valve body is located on the upper end of the packing and the cover plate is lifted only when pressure is generated. When the cover plate is taken down, the cover plate is closed to the upper end of the packing, thereby inducing a vacuum state. |
