PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relative movement member, a blur correcting device, and an optical device, in which electric power and/or electric signals can be transmitted between two members which are mutually relatively movable in at least two directions and further, relative movement can be performed so as not to have an azimuth difference and which are easily assembled and reduced in number of work processes in manufacturing. SOLUTION: The relative movement member includes: a first member 6 and a second member 7 which are provided oppositely to each other and are relatively movable; a first drive section 40 which applies drive force for the relative movement of the first member 6 and the second member 7; a second drive section 41 which applies the drive force in a direction different from that of the first drive section 40; and a conductive member 1001 which has a winding shape and supplies the drive force to each of the first drive section 40 and the second drive section 41.
