PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of accommodating radio terminals as many as possible if millimeter-wave communication is adopted.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 130 includes: a plurality of directional communication units (131a, 132a, 131b, and 132b) that each connect with radio terminals 140 by beam forming to perform radio communication; and a time and space coordinator unit 133 for scheduling beam forming on the basis of connection information on the connected radio terminals and interference information on interference among the plurality of directional communication units. The connection information includes the information on the connected radio terminals and information on a beam pattern used in communication with the radio terminals, and is obtained by the time and space coordinator unit per directional communication unit. The interference information includes information indicating whether or not interference of communication will occur in the combination per combination of a plurality of beam patterns among the plurality of directional communication units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
