A method for spectrophotometric determination of quantitative content of nifedipine in tablets includes the preparation of analytical solution with following spectrophotometering and calculation of quantitative content of nifedipine. The tablet mass of nifedipine is dissolved in 95 % ethyl alcohol, solution of standard sample is prepared. Optical density of solutions is measured at wavelength of 336 nm, and optical density of each sample is measured three times with taking cuvette out, with thickness of . Quantitative content of nifedipine is calculated by standard method. |
