METHOD FOR BLASTING DRUM STEAM GENERATORS WITH TWO-STAGE EVAPORATION OF BOILER WATER FED WITH CONDENSATE AT SUGAR REFINERY

The invention relates to methods for blasting drum steam generators with two-step evaporation of boiler water at feeding those with condensates at sugar refinery, and can be used in sugar and other industries where alkalinity of boiler water is determined with ammonia. A method for blasting drum steam generators with two-step evaporation of boiler water fed with condensate is realized through periodical blasting from the lower collectors of the screens of the first stage of evaporation – the drum of the steam generator and continuous blasting the second stage of evaporation – cyclones, with adding to feeding water of Na-cation water for increase of alkalinity of boiler water at the second stage of evaporation from pH=5.0-5.5 to pH=7.5-8.0. Continuous blasting of cyclones is performed to the lower collector of the back-ceiling screen of the first stage of evaporation through control of flow rate of boiler water through the control valve for provision of alkalinity of boiler water at the first and the second stages of evaporation pH = 7.5÷8.0. The invention provides increase of economic performance of steam generators with two-step evaporation of boiler water.
