<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both dark current suppressing and afterimage suppressing, in a radiograph detector of TFT method. <P>SOLUTION: The radiograph detector has a structure in which an electric charge generating layer 20 which is irradiated with radiation to generate electric charges and a detection layer 10 where a pixel part 11 comprising a collecting electrode 8 for collecting electric charges generated at the electric charge generating layer 20 and a switch element 3 for reading the electric charges collected by the collecting electrode 8 are arrayed in multiple numbers in two dimension, are stacked. A protective film 18 which acts as an electric field ratio decreasing component that decreases the ratio between the electric field intensity at the central part of the collecting electrode 8 and that at the end part of the collecting electrode 8, is provided on the peripheral edge of the collecting electrode 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
