PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet causing no peeling of patterns, and allowing three-dimensional design expression. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 is provided with a base material 2, a printing layer 3 comprising a primary coat printing layer 3a and a patternizing printing layer 3b laminated on the base material 2 in this order, a first protective layer 4 patternized for coating the patternizing printing layer 3b, and a second protective layer 5 formed on the primary coat printing layer 3a exposed from a non-forming region W of the first protective layer 4. The film height of the second protective layer 5 from the primary coat printing layer 3a is higher than that of the first protective layer 4 from the primary coat printing layer 3a.
