PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor that has an almost flat cross-sectional shape. SOLUTION: In this capacitor, convex internal electrodes which are formed by applying and baking a conductor paste so that their central parts may become thicker in thickness than their peripheral sections and concave internal electrodes having recesses at their central parts are disposed between adjacent dielectric layers in a laminate constituted by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers upon another.
