PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data off-load depending on the movement schedule of a mobile, communication speed of each section, and transmission data amount, in data transmission system and method.SOLUTION: A mobile loading device 15 receives data transmitted from a user terminal 20. A relay point installation device 16 receives data from the mobile loading device 15, when the mobile reaches the relay point. The relay point installation device 16 transfers the received data to a data server. A data transfer determination device 17 determines the amount of data transmitted from the mobile loading device 15 to relay point installation device 16 at the relay point, based on the communication speed between the mobile loading device 15 and relay point installation device 16, the communication speed between the relay point installation device 16 and data server 13, the amount of data transmitted from the user terminal 20 to mobile loading device 15, and the information about the schedule of the mobile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
