PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culvert structure which is suitable for a passage, a water way, and the like. SOLUTION: The culvert structure is constituted of a unit line group and a bottom slab residual portion 13. The unit line group is formed by sequentially connecting unit lines UL together in a predetermined aligning direction, which unit lines each constituted of two side wall blocks 11 and a top slab block 12 connected to both the side wall blocks 11. The bottom slab residual portion 13 is formed in one lump by placing concrete in a space SP defined by bottom slab portions 11a of the unit lines UL, which portions are sequentially arranged in the unit line aligning direction.
