An image processing device includes: first setting means for setting a first image region containing a reference point with respect to an original image and a second image region excluding the first image region; reducing means for reducing the original image; second setting means for setting a reference point of the reduced image corresponding to the reference point of the original image, a first reduced image region corresponding to the first image region, and a second reduced image region corresponding to the second image region for the reduced image; deformation means for deforming the image of the second reduced image region among the reduced images, more greatly as departing from the reference point of the reduced image; expansion means for expanding the deformed image data in the second reduced image region into the second image region; and synthesis means for synthesizing the image data expanded into the second image region and the image data on the original image constituting the first image region so as to output image data on the image deformed more greatly as departing from the reference point of the original image.
