PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus which solves problems that, an ordinary method employed by a conventional buff cleaning apparatus to clean with washing by rubbing and to carry out sun-drying or forced dewatering, etc., is ineffective, very hard to work in a cold season and therefore expected for its improvement, and that a method which is partially carried out by just spraying a cleaning water for the buff cleaning apparatus makes it hard to remove a dirt adhered to the inner part of a buff of the buff apparatus and requires an air supply source to increase a cost as drying is carried out by air blowing, and so on. SOLUTION: The electrically-driven tool cleaning apparatus equipped with the buff for a car or a wall surface consists of a roller axially supported in a cross state in a casing arranged in a frame, a cleaning-water supplying apparatus and a hose, wherein the cleaning apparatus is structured to have a plurality of holes for water spraying on the upper surface of the casing, which are communicated to the cleaning-water supplying apparatus, and a plurality of holes for water discharging on the upper surface of the casing.
