<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system and a printer capable of decreasing complexity of adjusting work for an image quality parameter. <P>SOLUTION: A personal computer, after transmitting print data to a printer (S105), displays an image quality adjustment screen for adjusting the image quality parameter (S108). Then, the personal computer processes the print data (S110) according to the image quality parameter adjusted on the image quality adjustment screen, and transmits the processed print data to the printer. In the printer, an image represented by the print data is printed. With such a printing system, the image quality adjustment screen is automatically displayed after printing of an image, so that operation for displaying the image quality adjustment screen can be skipped and the complexity of adjustment work for the image quality parameter can be decreased considerably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
