摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of non-adhesive aramid polyphenylene sulfide laminate, an insulating material and insulating structure of a rotary electric machine are provided to offer enough durability under high temperature environment such as an engine room of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of non-adhesive aramid polyphenylene sulfide laminate includes a step for laminating a PPS film(7) surface processed and an aramid sheet consisting of aramid fiber and aramid pulp and a step for laminating the PPS film and the aramid sheet under the pressure of 200 kgf / cm or more in a temperature of 50°C~100°C or less. The laminate has two layered structure of aramid paper and the PPS film or three layered structure of the aramid paper, the PPS film and the aramid paper.</p>
