<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables a staging effect according to the state of a lottery probability to improve the amusement of a game and the reliability and stability of a special symbol and a staging-effect control processing. <P>SOLUTION: A main control unit 310 executes lottery at a lottery probability according to an ordinary probability state or to a probability variation state that is more advantageous to a player than the normal probability state and transmits the command to specify a group of staging-effect symbol variation modes and the command to specify a staging-effect result to a sub-control unit 240 according to the normal probability state or probability variation state.
