PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a right to connect with a network be shared among a plurality of radio communication devices, and maintain safety related to the sharing.

SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises a reception part and a control part. The reception part receives an addition request from a first radio communication device among a plurality of radio communication devices through a radio circuit. The addition request is used for requesting that a group composed of a plurality of radio communication devices sharing a right to connect with a predetermined network through the radio circuit additionally includes another radio communication device other than the plurality of radio communication devices, and the addition request also includes group information related to the group. The control part performs control of additionally registering the other radio communication device with the group on the basis of the group information included in the addition request.
