PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to maintain doping concentration of an optical absorption layer less than a predetermined level by stopping the supply of a dopant for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: A first silicon layer(120) of a first conductivity type is formed on a substrate(110). A second silicon layer(130) of a first conductivity type is formed on the first silicon layer. A third silicon layer(140) of a second conductive type is formed on the second silicon layer. The supply of a dopant is stopped for a predetermined time so that second silicon layer have a predetermined doping concentration. The substrate includes a glass, a plastic, a silicon, and a metal or a stainless steel. The predetermined doping concentration is less than 1x10 / cm. |
