The purpose of the present invention is to provide an air conditioning system which quickly determines how to set each air-conditioning indoor unit in order to achieve a desired air environment for removing discomfort felt among a plurality of users. The air conditioning system is equipped with: a plurality of indoor units that have blowout ports; a control pattern storage unit that stores, as paired information, operational information relating to the plurality of blowout ports and air environment distribution information relating to a plurality of locations on a floor; a blowout port control information generating unit that refers to the air environment distribution information and determines the operational information relating to the plurality of blowout ports to achieve a required air environment distribution; and a blowout port control unit that controls the plurality of blowout ports according to the operating condition determined by the blowout port control information generating unit.
