PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a configuration obtained by series-connecting a plurality of capacitors so that a reverse current flows respectively in the same number of capacitors, between two power supply wirings making a pair and arranged in close vicinity to each other while keeping the close structure between the power supply wirings and making a connection wiring of capacitors the shortest.SOLUTION: A space part obtained by cutting intermediate parts of parallel plate-like wide first and second power supply wires formed of a conductive material on a surface of an insulation substrate so as to make a pair and to be close to each other, in a recessed shape, is formed. A plurality of capacitors connected in series and connected between the first and second power supply wires, are arranged in the space part so that terminals of the same polarity of the capacitors are directed to the same direction. The capacitors are provided in the space part so as to be arranged in a U-shape. A third conductor wire connecting the other terminals of the capacitors is provided. |
