PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder internal pressure sensor capable of suppressing a sensor element from being broken even if abnormal combustion occurs.SOLUTION: A cylinder internal pressure sensor 1 has a housing 2, a diaphragm 10, a force transmission member composed of a rod 9 and a glass block 8, and a sensor element 7. The cylinder internal pressure sensor 1 transmits cylinder internal pressure acting on the diaphragm 10 to the sensor element 7 through the force transmission member, and also detects the cylinder internal pressure on the basis of a resistance value of the sensor element 7. The diaphragm 10 of the cylinder internal sensor 1 has a cylinder part 11 and a bottom part 12, which is fixed to the housing 2 apart from one end of the housing 2. Then the bottom part 12 has a center part 14, an opposite part 15, a connection part 16 provided between the opposite part 15 and center part 14 and connecting both together, and a curved part 17 provided between the opposite part 15 and cylinder part 11 and connecting both together, the connection part 16 having a larger spring constant than the curved part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
