PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable aqueous resin composition which has sufficient storage stability and can form a cured film having excellent water resistance and adhesiveness, and an aqueous coating agent and an aqueous adhesive using the same.SOLUTION: The curable aqueous resin composition comprises: a pyrazole block hydrophobic polyisocyanate aqueous dispersion containing pyrazole block hydrophobic polyisocyanate represented by general formula (I): R(-NH-CO-Z)and a nonionic surfactant; and an aqueous resin [where in formula (I), m denotes an integer of ≥2; R denotes a residue obtained by removing the m pieces of isocyanate groups from a polyisocyanate compound having m pieces of isocyanate groups; Z may be the same or different, and denotes a residue obtained by removing hydrogen atoms from an active hydrogen-containing compound reactive with isocyanate group; and at least two of Z are pyrazole groups represented by general formula (II)]. |
