PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition containing a large amount of a thickening agent, capable of effectively preventing debonding for a long period of time and also excellent in flowing-in property, and a machinery member sealing the composition. SOLUTION: In the grease composition containing the thickening agent and a base oil, the thickening agent contains a diurea compound expressed by formula (I): R<SP>1</SP>-NHCONH-R<SP>2</SP>-NHCONH-R<SP>3</SP>[wherein, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>are each phenyl group and/or cyclohexyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 6-15C divalent hydrocarbon group and a (cyclohexyl group)/(cyclohexyl group+phenyl group) molar ratio in the R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>is 0.95 to 0.10].
