PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone which is flexible with a packaging method and has a high convenience when mounted and removed. SOLUTION: A condenser microphone M has: a condenser part having a vibrating membrane electrode and a fixed electrode and in which an electret film is provided to the vibrating membrane electrode or the fixed electrode; a conversion circuit converting change of an electrostatic capacitance into an electrical signal to output the electrical signal; and a conducting part electrically connecting the condenser part to the conversion circuit. A housing 1 has a conductive surface terminal member S which is formed by combining a first plate-like member constituting an upper surface 1a of the housing 1, a second plate-like member constituting a bottom surface 1b of the housing 1, and an intermediate member sandwiched between the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member. The surface terminal member S is also formed over the upper surface 1a, a lateral surface 1c and the bottom surface 1b among outer surfaces of the housing 1, and formed so as to be conducted to the conversion circuit.
