At least one of the handles (44) comprises therein one or more air inlets (46) to allow air to flow into the base. The grilling apparatus (10) also comprises a grilling surface (70) that in use of the apparatus is located above the base (40). A heat source is, in use of the apparatus, located above the base (40) and under the grilling surface (70). The grilling apparatus further comprises an air motive mechanism (52) for causing air to pass through the one or more air inlets 46 and then to the heat source (12). |
