PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer for obtaining a high voltage and high output capable of obtaining a higher self resonant frequency.SOLUTION: A transformer of the first embodiment is configured by using a multilayer substrate formed by laminating layers composed of a conductor and an insulator. The transformer of the first embodiment is configured by including coils formed of a plurality of circular patterns, in which patterns of neighboring first and second layers formed in a plurality of layers contained in the multilayer substrate are not overlapped in the lamination direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
