PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic characteristic measurement device, method and program that can suppress reduction in measurement accuracy of acoustic characteristics arising from directions of portable terminal devices.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 1 includes: an information acquisition unit 53 that outputs a measurement sound from a speaker 22FR to acquire characteristic information on sounds collected by a microphone 118 of a portable terminal device 90 while making a pose of the portable terminal device different; a difference calculation unit 54 that calculates difference data between two kinds of the characteristic information; a difference database 55A that acquires difference data calculated by the difference calculation unit in a similar way as changing a combination of two poses thereof in a state where the measurement sound is outputted from a sound source having a position relationship with the portable terminal device 90 known, and store the acquired difference data; a database retrieval unit 55 that retrieves the difference data closest to the difference data calculated by the difference calculation unit 54 from the database 55A; a sound source specification unit 56 that specifies a direction of the sound source on the basis of a retrieval result; and an acoustic characteristic determination unit 58 that determines an acoustic characteristic at a hearing position on the basis of the retrieval result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
