PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an unreliable engagement due to a difference in the size of the outside diameter of a pole when the pole received by the V-shaped engagement member provided in a hanger. SOLUTION: An engagement member in which a lower leg piece and an upper leg piece face each other in the form of a V in a side view is vertically turnably supported on the rise side of the hook portion of the hanger by a shaft, a pressure-contact surface that pressure-contacts the other half side of the pole, one half side of which is received on the V-shaped periphery, to the inwall surface is formed on the free end side of the hook portion, a turning member changing to the position where it extends from the free end of the hook portion and the position in which it overlies the inside of the free end of the hook portion is provided on the free end side of the hook portion, and a pressure-contact surface that narrows the clearance with the supporting point is formed on the side facing the supporting point of the V-shaped engagement member when the turning member overlies the inside of the free end of the hook portion.
