AIR POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM AND AIR POLLUTION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate an environmental load by reducing a contaminant discharged from a boiler according to the existing quantity of a contaminant in the air.

SOLUTION: The system comprises a database 110 storing a relation of an operating capacity of an air contaminant removal device 140 and an output load of a boiler 150 with a target value of air contaminant emissions as table data; a target value input means 120 for inputting the target value of air contaminant emissions; and an operation control means 130 for controlling the operation of the removing device 140 and the boiler 150 in reference to the database 110 so as to attain the target value of the air contaminant emissions inputted by the input means 120.
