The invention relates to an artificial insemination probe (1) for cattle, that comprises a sheath (2) and a deformable envelope (3) defining together with the sheath (2) a tank (5) for containing sperm and that can be introduced into the genital system of an animal. The sheath (2) comprises a filling opening (16a) for introducing sperm into the tank (5) and a discharge opening (16b) for discharging the sperm contained in the tank (5). The envelope (3) is moulded over the sheath (2). More particularly, the envelope (3) and the sheath (2) are formed by dual injection.
