PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice service which uses VoIP to users at a low cost by interconverting DTMF methods supported by equipments and required for using a conventional technique on business, to allow an equipment constituting a voice system to omit implementing a new method. SOLUTION: In the voice system, the voice packet duplicated by the function of a network equipment is analyzed, DTMF signal is extracted out of the voice packet to analyze an originator of the DTMF. The method of the extracted DTMF is converted to pretend as a DTMF originator on the basis of the analyzed information. The converted DTMF is transmitted to a destination of DTMF while pretended to be a DTMF originator. An equipment on a DTMF receiving side correctly recognizes the DTMF. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
