PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure and a building, capable of ventilating not only a vertical wall of a flat roof or a veranda but also an attic space.SOLUTION: A space part 100 is provided between a waterproof steel plate 71 and a parapet frame 76, and the space part 100 and outside air are communicated by a small hole part 102 of a waterproof sheet 73. Thus, air in a communication part 56A of a structure frame 56 is guided to a communication part 76A of the parapet frame 76, and then, is guided to the outside air via the space part 100, a through-recessed part 98 of a ventilation furring strip 96, the small hole part 102 of the waterproof sheet 73 and clearances 94 and 104 in a coping holder 88. While, an upper surface 64A of a floor joist 64 is fixed in a state of projecting more than the other end part 62B of a bracket 62, and a clearance 66 is provided above a ceiling girder 42. Thus, the space part 100 and the attic space 67 are communicated, and the air in the attic space 67 is guided to the space part 100, and can be similarly exhausted to the outside air. That is, the air in the attic space 67 can also be ventilated. |
