PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding-type cool box capable of simultaneously cooling a cold storage agent and a folding cool box which have been independently cooled, dispensing with the cold storage agent which is additionally attached, preventing the inside of cool box from being uneven by the cold storage agent, and uniformly cooling cooled foods inside. SOLUTION: This folding-type cool box is provided with a vacuum heat insulating material 4 and the cold storage agent 5 on the whole face between inner peripheral walls of an internal space 3 between an outer surface material 1 and an inner surface material 2 of an upper open cover 6 in a state that the vacuum heat insulating material 4 is disposed in adjacent to an outer side of the cold storage agent 5, and one side of the upper open cover 6 is fixed by sewing a cool box main body 7 and a fixing member 8. Thus a projecting portion of an attachment portion of the cold storage agent 5 inside is eliminated, a storage area efficiency can be improved, the inside of cool box is flattened, and the cool box can be cooled from an internal upper front face.
