PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of securely maintain a position of the fastener in an insertion hole at the time of fastening wherein the fastener is not loosened by vibration. SOLUTION: The fastener with a bending part consists of a main body barrel part, a rockable bending part and a head part fixing part and has a press-bonding means for stably positioning the main body barrel part by press-bonding an insertion hole side wall with the main body barrel part or a structure attaching the main body barrel part in the insertion hole and inhibiting generation of shifting of a base and an object to be attached by vibration. The fastener with the bending part sandwiches and fixes the base and the object to be attached by the head part fixing part and the bending part as the main body barrel part tip end is inserted to the insertion hole and pressed in an inserting direction and the rockable bending part shrinks and passes through the insertion hole and then the rockable bending part comes out and protrudes sidewise.
