PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat ceramic green sheet having internal electrodes, which is used for the formation of a laminated ceramic electronic component. SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet is obtained by forming electrodes on the surface of a transparent base mount, coating the top with a photosensitive slurry containing dielectric powder, exposing the photosensitive slurry to a prescribed thickness from the rear face of the base mount, then developing the slurry, and removing the base mount thereafter.
