PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sealing and molding such that air in an organic EL element material layer is completely eliminated using a film material made of a synthetic resin, thereby achieving the manufacture of an organic EL light emitting panel having no luminous unevenness and further light in weight and large in size.SOLUTION: In surface-bonding between a sealing film and a substrate film including a functional material thin film layer within a vacuum chamber, the vacuum chamber comprises a first vacuum chamber including a stage mounting a substrate sheet and vertically moving and a second vacuum chamber including a sealing roller, which horizontally moves, at the inside thereof, and vertically moving above the first vacuum chamber, and a ventilation unit including a mesh sheet for holding the sealing film is disposed between the first and second vacuum chambers. |
