PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine and a work jig for the laser beam machine, which are enabled, by moving a work support member for supporting a portion to oppose to a working head, in a manner to follow a stage to move integrally with the working head, thereby to keep a process tolerance by the processing head in high accuracy.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 7(d), a work jig 2 is raised to the side of a processing head 50 (in the direction of arrow Z) thereby to interpose a standing wall 21b between a vertical wall 48 and an opposed wall 49. As a result, a work support member 17 connected to each slide member 18, from which the standing wall 21b is erected, and a stage 40, in which the vertical wall 48 is depended, are connected, and the work support member 17 is then moved in the direction of arrow Y while the stage 40 follows to move in the direction of arrow Y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
