PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a subsidiary company to easily grasp the settlement method of accounts payable or information such as the displacement of a creditor, and to smoothly carry out journalizing based on the information during a period when payment processing of self-accounts payable is carried out through a payment mediator when a parent company equipped with a capital management system carries out the payment of the accounts payable of the subsidiary company through the payment mediator.

SOLUTION: The server of a capital management system 1 which carries out the centralized control of the capitals of a plurality of subsidiary companies is installed in a parent company. The server is provided with: a means B for applying for the payment processing of the accounts payable of the subsidiary company to a payment mediator; means C and D for acquiring information relating to items generated in a process in which the payment of the accounts payable of a group affiliation enterprise is carried out through a payment mediator; and means E and F for preparing journalizing information to be used by the subsidiary company by reflecting the acquired information.
